• By using CABII™, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
• CABII™ may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Additional terms may apply to specific services, memberships, promotions or paid products.

• You must be at least 18 years old to independently use CABII™ and enter into transactions or service agreements.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information.
• You must not use another person's identity, documents, account or credentials without authorization.
• CABII™ may request additional information where reasonably necessary for security, verification, compliance or fraud prevention.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
• Do not share OTPs, passwords, authentication tokens or other security credentials with third parties.
• You must immediately notify CABII™ if you believe your account has been compromised.
• CABII™ may restrict or suspend accounts where suspicious, fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

CABII™ operates as a digital marketplace and technology platform intended to connect vehicle buyers, sellers, dealers and other participants.

• CABII™ does not automatically become the owner of vehicles listed by users unless expressly stated for a specific service.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
• Vehicle information must not be false, misleading, manipulated or intentionally incomplete.
• Vehicles listed should have lawful ownership or the seller must otherwise have legal authority to sell the vehicle.
• Users must not list stolen, unlawfully obtained, illegally modified or prohibited vehicles.
• CABII™ may review, moderate, reject, edit, restrict or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information supplied in a vehicle advertisement is truthful and accurate.

• Vehicle registration information should be accurate.
• Price, mileage, ownership history, insurance status, vehicle condition and specifications must not be intentionally misrepresented.
• Sellers must disclose material information that may reasonably affect a buyer's decision.
• Sellers must have the necessary authority and documentation to offer the vehicle for sale.
• Sellers are responsible for completing lawful ownership transfer and related documentation with the buyer.

Buyers should independently verify a vehicle before making any purchase decision or payment.

• Verify the original registration certificate and ownership details.
• Verify insurance, applicable taxes, challans and other relevant records where applicable.
• Inspect the physical condition of the vehicle.
• Conduct an independent mechanical inspection where appropriate.
• Confirm the seller's identity and authority to sell.
• Never transfer money solely because a vehicle is listed on CABII™.

CABII™ may offer special features, memberships, subscriptions, lead access, advertising tools and other services to dealers and eligible business users.

• Membership benefits depend on the selected plan and applicable service conditions.
• Membership does not guarantee vehicle sales, leads, enquiries, conversions, revenue or any particular business result.
• CABII™ may modify, suspend or restrict membership benefits in cases involving misuse, fraud, policy violations or non-payment.
• Membership fees, validity, limits and included services are determined by the applicable plan shown at the time of purchase.

CABII™ may provide paid services including memberships, promotional services, listing upgrades, vehicle-related services, lead-related services and other digital products.

• Prices displayed on the relevant service or checkout page apply at the time of purchase.
• Payments may be processed through authorized payment providers such as Razorpay or other third-party payment processors.
• CABII™ does not store complete payment card information unless specifically stated and lawfully required.
• A payment transaction may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and policies.
• Refunds, cancellations and service-specific conditions may vary according to the particular product or service purchased.

CABII™ may provide a promotional or assisted vehicle-selling service described as Sell in 48 Hours.

• The service is intended to assist sellers in connecting with potential buyers or dealers.
• The phrase "48 Hours" does not constitute an unconditional guarantee that a vehicle will be sold within 48 hours.
• Actual results depend on vehicle demand, location, price, condition, documentation, buyer/dealer interest and other factors.
• CABII™ may use automated systems, dealer networks, notifications and other technology to facilitate the service.
• Final negotiations and transaction terms remain between the relevant parties unless CABII™ expressly provides a transaction service for a particular product.

CABII™ may provide technology-assisted tools including vehicle verification, document checks, price estimation, AI vehicle condition analysis, damage detection, fraud detection, recommendations and other automated features.

• Automated results are intended for informational and decision-support purposes only.
• AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
• A verification result does not replace official government records, professional inspection, legal advice or mechanical inspection.
• Estimated vehicle prices are not guaranteed market values, purchase offers or sale prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Users should independently verify important information before making financial or legal decisions.

Users may upload photographs, descriptions, vehicle information, documents and other content to CABII™.

• You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content.
• Content must not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• CABII™ may process, display, resize, format, moderate or technically reproduce uploaded content as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform.
• CABII™ may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Users must not use CABII™ for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.

• Posting stolen or illegally obtained vehicles.
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• Uploading fake, altered or misleading documents.
• Manipulating vehicle photographs or information to deceive users.
• Impersonating another person, dealer or organization.
• Phishing, spam, malware or malicious activity.
• Attempting to bypass Platform security or authentication systems.
• Scraping, copying or systematically extracting Platform data without authorization.
• Using automated systems to abuse Platform functionality.
• Using CABII™ to facilitate unlawful transactions.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

The CABII™ brand, name, logos, designs, software, website interface, original text, graphics, technology, databases and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• The CABII™ name and branding may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from CABII™ proprietary content without permission.
• Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

CABII™ may collect and process information necessary to operate the Platform, provide services, authenticate users, prevent fraud, improve products and communicate with users.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Users are responsible for providing lawful and accurate information.
• CABII™ may use reasonable security measures to protect information.
• No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

CABII™ aims to maintain a reliable Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party service failures, security events, force majeure events or other circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CABII™ shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

• Transactions or disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Incorrect information supplied by users.
• Vehicle defects, accidents, ownership disputes or documentation issues.
• Unauthorized acts of third parties.
• Temporary Platform interruptions.
• Reliance solely on automated or AI-generated information.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to defend and indemnify CABII™, its operators, employees, service providers and partners against claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from the user's:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Misuse of the Platform.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Violation of third-party rights.
• Misrepresentation of vehicle or account information.

CABII™ may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform, payment systems, business interests or legal compliance.

Reasons may include fraud, abuse, security threats, repeated policy violations, unlawful activity, misleading listings or non-payment of applicable fees.

Users may stop using CABII™ at any time, subject to any outstanding contractual or payment obligations.

CABII™ may integrate or link to third-party services including payment providers, authentication providers, mapping services, communication services, verification providers, analytics systems and other technology providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CABII™ is not responsible for the independent policies or operations of third-party providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered or principal place of business of the entity operating CABII™.

CABII™ may modify these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, security requirements or applicable law.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective or updated date. Users should periodically review this page.
